European Digital Marketing Strategy
Faced with relentless competition and development of new innovative products, Sony Europe required a behemoth digital strategy to reclaim their title as the worlds leading consumer electronics brand.
A Pan-European study revealed they maintained a competitive edge and strong brand loyalty within Headphones, Walkman, and Home Cinema categories. Working in collaboration with 30 regional product managers, a roster of 7 agencies, and spearheaded by the European Head of Marketing, Rob’s team set about executing an ambitious 5-year Marketing Strategy and Action Plan.
Responsible for the London team leading the pan-European website re-design, Rob successfully implemented an e-commerce solution in less than 10 months, and managed and maintained national TTL campaigns for Sony’s top-tier Home Cinema and Headphones categories.
